This duffel coat was adapted from the overcoat worn by fishermen as winter clothing for the navy. Following the original concept of wearing slightly brushed melton as is. we created a duffel fabric that is comfortable to the touch and does not require lining.
Areas that come into direct contact with the skin. such as the entrance of the hood and the transition between fabrics. are lined with navy-dyed khadi cotton. The wooden toggle. which is easy to put on and take off even with gloves on. is a YAECA original.
