Unlikely has reconstructed this timeless classic with its unique sensibility. The design blends three eras. featuring a patch pocket seen on the left chest. as seen on the first wartime model. The right chest features a patch and flap pocket. a feature of the second model. The back incorporates the contrasting design of the third model. The charm lies in the mysterious combination of details that doesn't belong to any particular era. This unique design. characteristic of Unlikely. is as if it has traveled through time and combined features from each era. Fabric This model. characterized by its vertical fading. is made using a blend of multiple yarns. By combining yarns of different counts and uneven patterns. we have created irregular fading. with long and short unevenness. We have recreated this complex look. anticipating the mixed use of yarns from various lots at the time. Made with pure indigo (100% synthetic indigo) with a bluish tint. Using a special process patented by a dye factory in Kojima. the dyed indigo is aged into a deep. deadstock blue. as if it had been stored in a warehouse for years. Processing Expresses natural fading Rather than the dramatic fading seen in vintage clothing due to wear. this product expresses a gentle fading that appears to result from repeated natural washing.
