Before I know it. the cherry blossoms will have fallen. and I'll be another year older.
I've reached the adult age I imagined I'd reach as a child. but why doesn't it feel real?
Philosopher Eric Hoffer once said. "Do people automatically grow as they get older?" But if that's the case. what's the difference between adults and children?
He also wrote. "Adults know when they're doing something stupid. but children don't."
In other words. I need to know the rules and gain enough experience to know whether my actions are right or wrong. Adulthood is quite a hassle.
But I don't want to be the kind of person who does stupid things without realizing it.
Plus. I don't mind learning about a new world.
I'll start by learning how to wear a suit properly.
I think I'll slowly begin my climb to adulthood.
