This is a stand-up collar type from the Minimalism series. featuring a design based on the actual mountain climbing experience of mountain guide Kuraoka. who holds the record for the most summits of Everest in Japan.
This series is designed to meet the needs of professionals with high performance. The outer material is made of 7d x 7d mini rip nylon. making it extremely lightweight yet durable. It is lightweight. compact. and easy to carry. so it is recommended for outdoor scenes such as mountain climbing. as well as for travel and everyday use.
The feathers are made of NANGA's unique UDD (ultra water-repellent down). which is resistant to water and moisture. Normal down is weak to water and its heat retention is significantly reduced when wet. but UDD is water-repellent. so it maintains high heat retention even when wet. It also dries quickly. making it ideal for outdoor activities and use in bad weather.
There is also ventilation from the armpits to the underarm line. so it can be used as a mid-layer during activities. The ventilation has three sliders. allowing for precise temperature adjustment.
The chest and waist pockets have zippers to prevent items from falling out.
