Born in the UK. PERTEX is an extremely thin. lightweight and strong nylon material developed by a British mountaineer in 1979.
This jet cap uses PERTEX SHIELD (water pressure resistance: 20.000mm. breathability: 20.000g/m2/24h) laminated with a breathable waterproof film for the outer fabric. It is also characterized by its waterproofness due to seam sealing and flexibility due to mechanical stretch.
