We use an original sashiko fabric made with thread dyed indigo using a technique called kasezome. in order to achieve a light feel like a shirting material. The color of the kasezome thread changes with each skein. so when woven. it has an uneven texture that appears in vertical lines. You can enjoy the deep fading of the indigo. It has red selvedge. which is unique to power looms. and a soft. plump Material.
The contrast between the indigo canvas "finish" on the front and elbows. which is processed after production. and the "vertical fading" unique to the yarn-dyed Sashiko fabric. is Points.
