The width of the body and sleeves are slightly loose. but the waist is boldly tucked and the hair is tightened to create a rounded silhouette. The length is slightly shorter. It is filled with thin cotton and has excellent heat retention. It has distinctive pleats. a rider-like outline and Italian collar. The outer material is a thick wool corduroy with Supima cotton warp and New Zealand Super160's extra fine merino wool weft. There are few craftsmen in Japan who can cut wool corduroy. so it is now one of the rarest materials. It is characterized by the fact that the ridges are brushed to create a beautiful round shape. The density of the cotton warp is firm. so it sheds less than regular wool corduroy. The lining is a silk taffeta that has been washed to give it a white appearance from rubbing. and thin cotton is placed on it to create a diamond pattern quilting. The zippers are made by the Swiss company Riri.
