Outer fabric The outer fabric is made of a high density thick weft thread used for 13oz class. and the warp thread is an original fabric that expresses the nep texture due to the immature spinning technology of the 30's by using fallen cotton and weaving it at a high density.
Design Based on the 30's US NAV Y denim jacket. which has a rare simple design like a box shirt. the collar tip has been shortened and arranged to have a compact collar shape.
A wider rolled stitching machine than usual is used. and the overall width and slight difference in the expression of the turned stitches give it an atmosphere. The stitching is a slightly greenish gray. the buttonholes are shirt holes. and the buttons are originally plastic but have been arranged to be original tuck buttons. The body length is short. and the silhouette is similar to a trucker with a little room. The shoulder slope is also stronger than the original. and the sleeves are simple barrel sleeves. but they are slightly curved to create a three-dimensional structure.
Processing We recreate the vintage look by going through a process that can only be achieved by hand. resulting in a processed look like an art piece.
