The fabric is made from 100% thick linen thread count 8. using a method called semi-wet spinning. This method has a long history among linen spinning. and it is said to be able to make the most of the rough feel that is unique to thick threads and the texture of this material. The thick thread is twill woven to create a thick and rugged look. and the special tumbler processing adds wrinkles and softness. The back of the Waist is gathered. making it easy to wear smoothly. The factory where the product is produced is in the Koto area of ​​Shiga Prefecture. There is an abundance of groundwater flowing from the Suzuka mountain range. and water springs out at about 15°C throughout the year. which is what they use. The factory uses a large amount of water in various processes. and the used water is dumped into the river and then into Lake Biwa. but since Shiga Prefecture has the strictest standards for wastewater in Japan. they purify the wastewater using bacteria. The bacteria are managed 365 days a year at the treatment facility. and the polluted water is purified and returned to nature. working towards the sustainable use of water resources. Some of the wastewater is also treated at a public wastewater treatment plant.
